Before entering a region, our marketing department works with the partner to analyze and prepare a local marketing strategy.
We handle regular work across many key channels according to brand standards - managing guest databases and loyalty programs, the brand's social media account (in the banned network), map services, etc.
This simplifies the partner's work and relieves them of operational marketing burdens.
We also organize federal and local marketing campaigns for guest acquisition and retention, with partners only needing to implement action plans in their regions.
We update the menu across our network 5 times per year.
All new items are shared with partners, with centralized support for their introduction and promotion.
We also quickly respond to trends and local requests - we can introduce trending drinks network-wide or create localized versions for specific regions.
All franchise partners complete in-person training in Nalchik, where Balance Coffee began. This is the only way we can fully convey our values, vision, and team spirit.
We give equal attention to training line staff - we've developed our own program based on market leaders' training and our experience, with specialized training for each coffee shop position.
We offer products at below-market prices for all main categories, with predictable order quantities comfortable for partners.
This helps partner coffee shops maintain healthy financial models without tying up large working capital.
When entering new regions, we assist in finding local suppliers and establishing efficient logistics routes.
